Build heat, tap into core & build muscle endurance. This class is designed to strengthen deep stabilizers and tone lower body muscles.
Use of weights in this class.

Sunday 4 pm
Use of many props, each asanas is hold for a longer period of time. Rebalancing. Passive poses to release in the lower part of the body.
Slow paced, class reminds low on mat.
Friday 10 am
Low-impact class. Explore the practice with a mix of supine & seated asanas. Strengthening exercises, slow paced movement. Increase range of motion with helps of many props. Beneficial for all.
